Q: How do I convert Smiles Points into PLUSMiles Points?
A: Kindly pick up a Smiles Points Conversion Form at selected Esso or Mobil service station, fill up your particulars and return the form to the nearest Esso or Mobil service station. Alternatively, you can also fax the form to 03-7728 6625 or mail it to:

If you purchase a new PLUSMiles card, kindly register the new PLUSMiles card at
www.plusmiles.com.my in order to perform a valid conversion.
Q: What is the conversion rate?
A: The conversion rate is 500 Smiles Points to 500 PLUSMiles Points. You will need a minimum of 500 Smiles Points to perform a valid conversion. Kindly be reminded that the conversion of Smiles
Points into PLUSMiles Points is in blocks of 500 points only.
Q: How long does it take for Smiles Points to be converted into PLUSMiles Points?
A: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the Smiles Points to be successfully converted into PLUSMiles Points.
Q: How do I sign up as a Smiles member?
A: Simply pick up a Smiles Application Form from any Esso or Mobil service station, complete the form and drop it off at any Esso or Mobil service station, or fax to 03-7728 6225, or mail to Smiles Driver Rewards, Customer Service Centre, PO Box 9158, Kelana Jaya Post Office, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Kindly be informed Smiles membership is FREE and the Smiles card can be used to earn Smiles Points instantly with Synergy fuel purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your form to be processed to complete your registration.
Q: How do I check the balance of my Smiles Points?
A: Your Smiles Points balance will be printed at the bottom of your receipt when you make any fuel
purchase with your Smiles card at any Esso or Mobil service station. You may also approach any cashier at Esso or Mobil service stations with your Smiles card to check the balance. Alternatively, you can call the Smiles Customer Service Hotline at 1-300-880-323, Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturdays, 9.00am to 1.00pm.
Q: Can I convert 1,500 Smiles Points or more into PLUSMiles Points instead of 500 Smiles Points?
A: Yes, you may convert 1,500 Smiles Points or more into PLUSMiles Points.
Kindly be informed that the conversion of Smiles Points into PLUSMiles
Points is in blocks of 500 points only.
Q: May I know what is the difference between Flexi and Auto conversion?
A: Flexi conversion – Smiles member will have to submit the Smiles Points Conversion Form whenever they
want to convert their Smiles Points into PLUSMiles Points.
Auto conversion – Smiles members only
need to submit the Smiles Points Conversion Form once and their Smiles Points will be converted into
PLUSMiles Points on a monthly basis. Auto conversion must be maintained for a minimum of 6
months. If you wish to cancel the Auto conversion, please call our Smiles Customer Service Hotline at
1-300-880-323 and allow 4 to 6 weeks for cancellation procedure.
Q: Can I make any redemption with my PLUSMiles Points at Esso and Mobil service stations?
A: No, it is advisable that all PLUSMiles Points redemption should be done at PLUS Customer Service Centres along PLUS Highways. Please refer to the table below for a complete list
of PLUS Customer Service Centres.

Q: What is PLUSMiles card?
A: PLUSMiles card is the only Touch ‘n Go card that allows you to enjoy the toll rebates at PLUS*, ELITE,
BKE and LINKEDUA* highways, points rewards, discounts and privileges/offers from the partners (A&W,
Baskin Robbins, Burger King etc.).
*Excluding Bukit Kayu Hitam Toll Plaza, Bangunan Sultan
